Preliminary Draft Order

Doug has provided a preliminary draft order. It was created with the following assumptions:

1. We will have two expansion teams, and
2. Each team will keep the maximum number of players available.

We will update the draft order as we learn more about the number of expansion teams (we currently have one) and how many players each team will keep. The final draft order will be posted after the keeper deadline.
