Franklin/Shatili trade

The Fightin Franklin Juggernauts send Paul Konerko and Billy Wagner to the Shatili Highlanders in exchange for Scot Shields and Shatili's 2nd and 7th round picks in the 2009 draft. As part of this transaction Shatili has prepaid their 2009 dues.
